I care about what happens after a process is designed or a system goes live. Can people carry out their work confidently? Do the records reflect what actually happened? Can leadership see discrepancies and act without having to intervene in every detail?
That is why I start with consulting and business process mapping. I pay attention to how accounts and products are structured, how work passes between departments, and how controls and interfaces affect daily tasks. Those details should help the business operate reliably and make life easier for the people doing the work.
My aim is to help teams manage their normal workflows and familiar exceptions independently, while knowing when they need specialist support.
Quality management and process mapping
My work draws on experience in quality management, supported by certificates in process mapping and ISO 9001:2015 Foundation. This background informs how I review an operation: the information each process needs, the result it should produce, the people responsible, and the controls that support reliable work.
I use swimlane diagrams to map how tasks and responsibilities move between people and departments. Working through these maps with clients helps make handovers, dependencies and recurring difficulties visible, providing a practical basis for process improvement and system implementation.
During implementation, I also consider where errors or breakdowns could occur and what checks, permissions or exception routes are appropriate to the agreed scope.

Consigliere is an Odoo partner and holds an Odoo 19 certification.
Odoo is our primary platform for implementation, supported by integrations and targeted custom development where needed.
