A connected approach
People, processes, and systems.
Everything connected.
01 — Understand and map
We work with leadership and the people carrying out daily tasks to understand current workflows, handovers, and recurring problems. Process mapping helps make responsibilities, dependencies, and gaps visible before solution decisions are made.
Together, we identify what works well, what the business wants to achieve, and where simpler ways of working could help. We build on those strengths to agree the scope and priorities of the engagement.
02 — Design and implement
We turn agreed process decisions into connected workflows and practical system configurations, so each stage of the work supports the next. Odoo is our primary implementation platform, with integrations and selective custom development where needed.
We pay attention to the structures behind reliable operations: accounts, product categories, permissions, transaction flows, and traceability. Important choices and trade-offs are explained so the client understands what is changing and why.
03 — Prepare people and verify the work
Preparation includes normal tasks and the situations that interrupt them. People need to understand what to do, what to check, how their work connects to others, and when to escalate an issue.
We check the agreed workflows in practical use, including relevant exceptions. Completion should mean that the process works and the team can use it, as well as the software being configured.
04 — Support and improve
Operational use reveals questions and opportunities that deserve attention. Within the agreed support arrangements, we help resolve issues and improve how the system serves the business.
The goal is everyday independence: a team that can handle normal work and familiar exceptions, with a clear route to specialist help when needed.
What working together requires
Useful improvements depend on access to the operation, timely decisions, and involvement from the people affected. We discuss those responsibilities alongside scope, priorities, and the support required.
A focused assignment can still be useful when broader change is not practical. We make the limits clear and match our commitments to the conditions of the engagement. When something outside scope threatens the result, we raise it and discuss a response.
Advice can stand on its own
You can engage Consigliere for consulting and process design without committing to implementation. We can also help assess an existing system before you decide whether to improve or replace it.
Discuss where to begin
Tell us what is happening in your operation and what you would like to change.
