Understand the cause before choosing the change
A recurring issue may come from configuration, source data, a customisation, a process gap or uncertainty about how to perform a task. We trace representative problems through the workflow and explain the findings so you can make an informed decision.
We distinguish improvements that can be made within the current setup from work requiring a separate development, integration or migration project.

Where third-party code or services are involved, we clarify ownership and dependencies before committing to changes.
How the engagement is priced
The initial review is a defined paid assignment. Its findings inform a separate scope and quote for corrective or improvement work. Smaller approved tasks may be delivered on an agreed time basis, with a spending limit confirmed in advance.
