Services / Odoo Implementation
Put Odoo to work for your operation.
A useful implementation connects the way your business works with the way information moves through the system. We begin with your processes and responsibilities, then configure Odoo around the workflows your team needs to manage.
Working from Accra and Beirut, serving businesses across Africa and the Middle East, we support businesses moving from spreadsheets, disconnected tools or an existing system to Odoo.

When this service helps
- Your current tools no longer support the size or complexity of the operation.
- Teams maintain separate records and repeat the same work.
- You need connected workflows across departments, branches or entities.
- You have selected Odoo and need a clear implementation plan.
From business requirements to everyday use
We translate agreed process decisions into configuration, permissions, records and transaction flows. Standard functionality is assessed first. Where an integration or custom development is justified, we define its purpose, scope and cost before proceeding.
The implementation can include requirements and process design, configuration, agreed data migration, integrations, practical testing and preparation of the people who will use the system.
What the engagement delivers
The agreed scope can include:
- Documented requirements and a phased delivery plan.
- Configured Odoo workflows, access rights and controls.
- Data templates, agreed imports and reconciliation checks.
- Approved integrations or targeted custom development.
- User acceptance tests based on real tasks and relevant exceptions.
- Role-based training, practical guidance and a deployment plan.
Your proposal identifies the modules, entities, locations, data and deliverables included in the fee.
How we work together
We agree priorities and acceptance criteria before building. Your team contributes operational knowledge, prepares and validates source data, and participates in testing. We demonstrate the agreed workflows, record issues and confirm readiness with the named client owner before deployment.
Where a phased rollout makes sense, each wave has its own scope and readiness checks. The objective is a system your people can use confidently in daily work.
Go-live and ongoing support
Our implementation fee includes 30 calendar days of go-live care for the agreed workflows, scheduled stabilisation and correction of delivery defects. The dates and coverage are stated in the proposal. Any first month-end assistance outside that period is specified separately.
Afterwards, ongoing assistance is available through an agreed support plan. Delivery defects covered by the engagement are corrected without consuming paid support hours.
How the engagement is priced
Paid discovery establishes the requirements and informs the implementation quote. We price delivery against an agreed scope and milestones. Odoo subscriptions, hosting and other third-party costs are shown separately from our service fees. Additional requirements are assessed and approved before chargeable work begins.
